Let's photograph food.

Healthy nutrition food is such an essential part of our lives. It keeps our bodies healthy and our minds balanced. Therefore, let us focus our gaze on what we take in and become more aware of the beauty and variety of food.

Of course, once we have photographed the ingredients, we are going to incorporate them into delicious meals.

Let exotic flavor bombs explote in you mouth and discover powerful combinations of typical ingredients of the Spanish cuisine.

Dare to experiment, learn new techniques, discover a whole new palette of flavors and smells.

Buy fresh products on the market in Lubrin, Vera and Albox.

Visit Seronés Artesano. They make cheese from the best goat's milk, They refine it with wine, spices, truffles or whatever the gourmet desires. Since the factory is located in the Sierra de los Filabres and it is a “Sabores Almería” product, you have the opportunity to try these cheeses.

Visit the local olive oil and honey factory where the liquid golds are produced.

Lubrin is famous for the Almazara.

Learn to photograph food, fresh and crisp.

Learn different lighting setups and discover how to simulate food because not everything in a food photo is what it seems. Sometimes you have to manipulate reality a bit to make it look more real in a photograph.

Experience and photograph culinary Spain

In the middle of rural Andalusia lies a small village, Lubrin. Here, in a typical Spanish house Casa de Arta, I organize an adventurous culinary and tasty Food photography course.

Lubrin is set within the Sierra Los Filabres, The quiet village is an excellent destination for those seeking a traditional, Andalusian, cullinary experience.

Delicious, rustic cuisine wins through in Lubrin. Four ingredients are typical for this region; olives, Serrano ham, almonds and goat cheese. Here you find the liquid gold made of the olives and of course special goat cheeses and almonds what nougat is made of but is also used in savory dishes..

Spring and autumn are wonderful times in lubrin. The weather is beautiful during this periods with the wonderful colors and scents. I organize this  Food photography course during this period so you can experience the ultimate combination of fresh, bright days and the regional products, and capturing the beauty of food with your camera and the tasting of many Spanish specialties.

In the evening we will all prepare these products. The delicious meals are served on the terrace with a magnificent view of the valley!
